Project Description:
Determine the potential environmental impacts of dumping brine effluent into the ocean from a planned desalination plant in the Cocoa/Patrick AFB area. Also includes determining outlining solutions to any impacts.

Brine effluent from planned desalination plant is presently planned to be discharged into the Indian River Lagoon. Ocean outfall disposal would take place of disposal into IRL.
