| Perdido Key experienced catastrophic levels of built and natural environment damage due to the direct landfall of Hurricane Ivan. This project will design and facilitate the construction of a protective beach for public and private property on Perdido Key as well for the habitat of the Federally and State endangered Perdido Key Beach Mouse. This beach will front and complement the dune restoration project provided through funding during the Special Session of December 2004 |
