| Project Description: |
| A community Library on the premises were two senior center buildings and community center are located. Presently there is little space for computer facilities, books, children reading and other projects, and seating space. The new libray will have space to establish a literacy and GED tutoring program and will move to begin DVD and CD collections. |

| The new library will be located in a new accessible location, with ample parking it will have much more traffic. The number of children participating in afterschool and summer reading programs will increase more than 75%. The city plans to increase the number of computers available for use with the internet and reading and learning programs from the four presently in use for all patrons to 8 scheduled for youth and six for adult use.
