| To support program expansion effort for the project discovery for youth Program. This multicultural youth afterschool educational program was established to improve race relations and provide hands on career exploration opportunities for youth. |

| Our training center will provide a local vocational traning facility to the community that will increase the career aspirations for youth that receive limited exposure to real life situations, by introducing them to micro-enterprises such as the Bakery, sewing factory music production and greenhouse. We will expose them to employment opportunities and provide business education resume prparation, time management skills and this facility will provide them with an alternative to incarceration for those who do not want to or can not go to college. |
