| Project Description: |
| The Florida State Alliance of YMCAs through their member associations will seek to meet the educational and developmental needs of low-income children by providing program scholarships, volunteer mentors, for structured and supervised after school programs. These programs will seek to build on each child's needs for relationship building and greater self esteem, reading comprehension, and age appropriate exercise programs. These programs will work in close collaboration with the child's parents and teachers to create a seamless plan of action for improvement. |
