| The City of Starke Recreation Department is the only recreation provider in Bradford County. Residents from throughout Bradford County and the surrounding area participate in the programs and services provided by the City of Starke Recreation Department. The City⿿s primary recreation complex is located at Edwards Road Park which is also the location of the City⿿s active outdoor recreation facilities. The City operates a large summer outdoor recreation program for youth from these facilities. Though the majority of activities carried out are outdoor, it is very difficult to serve such a large number of youth at this complex for the entire summer without some kind of indoor support facilities. |
