| Hardening of the county's multi disciplinary, multi agency incident command and coordination center to reduce its vulnerability to terrorist attacks (includes bomb protection, security monitoring, access equipment, HEPA upgrades to the HVAC system, landscaping and paving to increase stand-off distances from traffic lanes, and heliport for state and federal officials), and provision and outfitting of a backup/alternate EOC. |
