| Construct a facility which will provide a regional forum for a variety of events for equine, cattle, pigs as well as promotion of agriculture products such as tractors, equipment & food items. |

| Measurable Outcome Anticipated: |
| Assuming the facility will seat 500 people, with one event per week it would serve more than 25,000 people within a one year period. Preliminary studies show that similar facilities in surrounding areas are booked up to one year in advance and have events scheduled throughout the weekend and during the week as well. Calculating only two days per week for one year, our facility would serve 52,000 spectators. Additionally, the use of the facility for training and 4-H activities during the week and in preparation for events would substantially increase the number of people served by the facility. |
