| Provide architectural renderings and engineering services for various projects identified in the West Perrine Charrette. Conduct a Charrette for the City of Opa Locka Front Porch designated area. Provide architectural renderings, engineering services and Studies for projects identified in Charrette in the following communities: Naranja, Goulds, the City of South Miami, Model Cities, and North Central Dade, Opa Locka. |

| Provide architectural and engineering drawings for the following: five public housing sites in West Perrine, proposed library in West Perrine, Commercial buildings on the Homestead Avenue Corridor, buildings located in the Historic Village, street sidewalk and sewer designs for those projects identified in the Charrette. Provide architectural renderings, engineering services and studies for projects identified in Charrette in the following communities: Naranja, Goulds, City of South Miami, Model Cities, North Dade and Opa Locka. |
