| Project Description: |
| At-risk youth in key zip code areas will be provided with comprehensive services designed to resolve the impact of trauma, relieve stress, teach human values, involve them in the community, provide for basic clothing needs. Pre and post tests will be given to measure effectiveness and follow-up will be done to track stability as far as mental health improvements and lack of involvement in the justice system. |

| Measurable Outcome Anticipated: |
| Greatly empowered youth as evidenced through improvement in validated measures for traumatic stress, depression, anxiety and self-concept. At six month follow up after the completion of the program, 75% of the youth will have remained out of the juvenile system and will have maintained decreased scores for traumatic stress, depression, anxiety and self-concept. |
