| Project Description: |
| Currently, Jackson has 12 primary care centers, 7 school-based initiatives, 1 mobile health van as part of its primary care initiative. Given the need of the community, Jackson will expand its primary care efforts into underserved areas, all in effort to improve preventive care. |
