| Provide Recent arrivals to the US. given the preparation and tools to succeed in the US. This combines a myriad of services and training sessions that allos newcomers to effectively integrate themselves within the established American Society. It provides them with the opportunity to shorten and lessen their 'birthing pains' upon entering mainstream society, as well as enhance their overall experience of becoming an American Citizen |

| THis program will be most effective for thise individuals who are very recent arrivals. However, it will accept immigrants into the program that may already have been living in the IS for some time.
