| Project Description: |
| The establishment of ten (10)Faith Based Neighborhood Accountability Boards located in high crime neighbors will serve as an intervention of juvenile misdemeanor offences which will incorporate restorative justice priciples. Referrals will be made by law enforcement in cooperation with the state attorneys office, in the interest of not filing a petition for a law violation upon the successful completion of community issued sanctions by community stakeholder |

| Four Hundred youth will be served state wide among the (10)sites. This program will work in corporation with the Department of Juvenile Justice to ascertain what the outcome measure presently are diversion programs on a statewide and national level to better determine a realistic objective. |
