| Project Description: |
| The establishment of two (2) African American Female Delinquency Prevention Programs in high crime neighborhoods will serve as front line prevention of juvenile offenses committed by females. Program will provide girls with skills to prepare them to live independently, promote character development, teach life skills and job readiness skills. |
