| Project Description: |
| Strong for Life is an exercise program designed specifically for the elderly which rebuilds lost muscle. It is conducted at congregations, mobile home parks, senior centers, ALFs, and in individual residences. |

| Exercise will rebuild lost muscle resulting in increased strength, ability and confidence. Fewer falls, broken bones and hospitalizations are the ultimate outcome. Fat loss is a bonus by-product. |
