Project Description:
Develop and implement a place-based model initiative using special purpose Community Redevelopment Agencies (CRAs) to manage and leverage hurricane recovery and mitigation dollars to enhance, not just repair devasted communities throughout Florida.

Funds leveraged through the use of the model special purpose CRAs will result in increased funding for hurricane recovery and mitigation, as well as community revitalization. The amount of funding leveraged and the increased scope, quality, number and impact on projects supported through the special purpose CRAs will be directly and quantitatively measurable.
