| Gilchrist County is in need of an Agriculture Center to serve the residents & the many agriculture interest that do business in Gilchrist County.The present office (15'x 20') is not large enough to have training for 4-H activities, farmers meetings or cattlemen training or martketing meetings. The current office facility has been flooded out due to the severe rains experienced in Hurricanes Frances & Jean. Gilchrist is the 3rd largest milk producer in the State of Florida. |
