| Project Description: |
| The State of Florida financed the construction of a 30-bed dormitory completed in 2003. DJJ currently funds 22 out of the 30 beds available to be used for the treatment of at risk boys. Last year the State of Florida Funded the additional 8 beds which have been utilized at 95% consistently. Since our program is ongoing, we are requesting that The State of Florida continue to fund the additional 8 beds in order to bring The GUYS Program to optimum utilization at the same rate we are funded by DJJ and Medicaid to provide care, custody, and behavioral health overlay services. |

| No less than 56.5% of all youth will remain crime free for at least one year after release from program, b) There will be zero escapes from the program, c) The number of youth-on-youth batteries per 1000 youth served will be equal to or less than indicated by PB2(.15), d) At least a satisfactory or higher rating on overall quality program quality will be received on annual DJJ Quality Assurance Reviews. |
