| Thirty bed adult substance abuse residential level 2 treatment program. This 30 bed program is developed to fill a huge unmet community need. It is developed according to the Department of C&F's Model Costs, Administrative Rules and Policy. Funding is for 15 of the 30 beds, the remaining 15 beds will be provided by local sources and The Grove. |
