Project Description:
Removal of degraded bottom sediments, install sedimentation removal facilities and repair outfall structure. Project is intended to improve stormwater treatment, restore Locklin Lake and reduce sediment and contamination leading to the Blackwater River.

Restoration activities are to include dam structure repair, lake dredging and water quality improvements consisting of retention/detention areas or sediment trap devices at major outfall points. All effort will reduce the load of pollutants entering the Blackwater River.
