| Construct a floating dock and ADA ramp facility to launch canoes onto Spruce Creek, a state designated Canoe Trail. Currently there is no public access to this scenic section of Spruce Creek. The only other launch facility is some 10 miles to the east and not within the canoe trail zone. |
