Project Description:
This proposal provides therapy, behavior analysis, case management, & psychiatric care as needed for uninsured children in Duval County. All services will be community based & all staff will be housed at Duval County elementary schools.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
90% of youth referred for conduct issues will have improved conduct as evidenced by a decrease in conduct referrals & suspensions &/or an improved conduct grade (thus, increasing "in-class" instruction time). 90% of youth referred for attendance issues related to mental health disorders will have an improved attendance record as compared to the period prior to service receipt. 90% of youth served will be promoted to the next grade.
