Project Description:
Funds for this project will offer at-risk youth from 16-21 years old the opportunity to complete educational, vocational, and independent living skills goals so they may become self-sufficient adults.

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
1)85% of participants will complete the program successfully (as evidenced by stable housing and employment six months prior to discharge); 2) 85% of youth will have a post-test score of at least 90% in each skill area of the daniel Independent Living Skills Assessment prior to discharge; 3) 90% of youth will not become parents during the service period; 4) 90% of youth served will not be convicted of a crime during the service period; 5) 90% of the youth will be satisfied with the services provided.
