Project Description:
Regional Integrated Substance Abuse Child Protection System - this project will provide assessment, case management, mentoring and specialized addiction, trauma and family therapy services for families involved in the child welfare system primarily as a result of substance abuse or addiction. 29 professional staff are associated with this pilot project serving DCF district 4 and 12.

To provide substance abuse assessments on every appropriate case identified by the protective services investigator and provide continuing intervention and clinical services to 40% of referrals during the fiscal year.
