| Retrofit of existing State Highway to meet current design and saftey standards. Includes removal of on-street parking, construction of stacking lanes to meet current FDOT standards, undergrounding of utilities, addition of re-use water to replace potable water landscape irrigation system, extensive landscaping and beautification. |
