Project Description:
Project will replace the previous plan to control flooding on North Atlantic Avenue which would pump it into the Indian River Lagoon with a new plan to construct an underground stormwater system on property at the end of Esther Street. To imploement the project, private vacant oceanfront peroperty must be purchased to house the stormwater system. The suface of the property can then be used for much needed off beach parking.

Greater than a 90% overall treatment efficiency for all pollutants and elimination of future stormwater discharge into the Indian River Lagoon.
