| Current facility is located ina flood plain due to proximity to St. Andrews Bay and Gulf of Mexico. During Hurrican Opal in 1994, emergency personnel were forced to relocate jeopardizing the safety of citiens and emergency personnel. Construction of a new facility further inland will provide for seamless and effective emergency services during time of natural disasters |
