| Residents of the Coconut Grove Area, and others seeking services in that location, primarily African American, who suffer from mental illness and/or substance abuse problems will receive combinations of individual therapy, group therapy, and others, as required, including psychiatric services and medication management. These are patients who do not qualify for Medicaid and cannot afford the cost of care. |
