| This project provides congregate hot meals,homebound daily meals, educational classes, recreation services, social programs, transportation services and screening/assessment for West Miami senior citizens from portions of surrounding unincorporated Miami-Dade County. |

| The provision of daily congregate hot meals to 110 senior citizens from West Miami and portions of surrounding unincorporated Miami-Dade County. The provision of 180 homebound meals 365 days each year to handicapped or otherwise homebound senior citizens from West Miami and portions of surrounding unincorporated Miami-Dade County. Screening and assessment, educational classes, recreation, social programs, and transportation service for 250 senior citizens from the same area. |
