Project Description: |
The funds requested in this application will enable Seminole Community College (SCC) and the University of Central Florida (UCF) to begin planning and development of a new, joint use facility to be located on SCC's Sanford/Lake Mary campus. When completed, the new building will include space for general purpose classrooms, high technology classrooms suitable for distance learning and computer-mediated instruction, faculty offices, student services areas and joint use learning support spaces. See attached proposal for further detail. |

(c) Increased enrollments of bachelor's degree-seeking working adults at both SCC and UCF. (d) Increased numbers of Seminole County resident A.A. and A.S. degree graduates at SCC. (e) Increased numbers of Seminole County resident UCF graduates. (f) Reduced time-to-degree for part-time 2+2 students seeking degrees from SCC then UCF.
