| The project funds life safety and other necessary physical improvements associated with the renovation of a long vacant 187,000 square foot steel frame building into a film production/recording studio. Recently, the vacant property was acquired by a reputable media and entertainment company commonly known as AGU (All Grown Up). If successful, the facility would have a significant financial impact in the South Florida region. |
