Describe how it will reduce loadings, identify anticipated load reductions for total suspended solids, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and other contaminants, and specify the practices that will be used to reduce loadings:
Clay tile pipes have potential to fail, thus releasing untreated sewage into the surrounding areas. The potential then exists for this leakage to seep into the ground water and river branches and streams, resulting in pollution to the Apalachicola River and ground water.
