| Project Description: |
| LHANC intends to develop a 44 unit low-income housing facility. This facility will be unique since it will be adjacent to LHANC's main senior center. Residents of this facility will have access to the services currently offered by LHANC such as transportation, congregate meals, health screening and education projects, primary healthcare services, adult day care, and all other services offered to LHANC participants. Bringing additional residents to the area will help bring additional revenue to small local businesses in the area who depend on persons from their neighborhood for their success. |
