403.964  Alteration of time limits.--Any time limitation in this act may be altered by the designated administrative law judge upon stipulation among the ¹Department of Commerce, the department, the affected local governments, and the applicant, unless objected to by any party within 5 days after notice, or for good cause shown by any party.
