funds provided to FAMU for Enhancing Graduate
Education/Research/Extension Service.

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 161, $600,000 shall be used by
the Institute on Urban Policy and Commerce for the purpose of
implementing urban extension programs from the allocation to FAMU for
the Enhancement of Graduate and Professional Education/Research/
Extension service.
and insert in lieu thereof:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 161, $500,000 shall be used by
the Institute on Urban Policy and Commerce for the purpose of
implementing urban extension programs and $100,000 is provided to
establish a Community Public Health Leadership Center, from the
allocation to FAMU for the Enhancement of Graduate and Professional
