        Insert the following new paragraph of proviso for 
        Specific Appropriation 92-A on page 24:

From the funds appropriated in Specific Appropriation 92-A, $2,029,703
is provided for the Hillsborough County Charter District; $742,574 is
provided for the Volusia County Charter District; and $2,227,723 is
provided for the Sarasota County Charter District.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
