Add the following new paragraph of proviso following
Specific Appropriation 85 on page 23:
From the funds appropriated in Specific Appropriation 85, $300,000 is
provided to Project System in Miami-Dade County to provide an innovative
curriculum for public school students, primarily minority students who
are at-risk of dropping out of school.
