Insert after the existing proviso in the lead
paragraph:
For fiscal year 2001-2002, the Division of Workforce Development shall
recommend the process and criteria for providing continued funding. The
Division shall conduct a survey of all school districts and community
colleges receiving funds from Specific Appropriation 131 in fiscal year
2000-2001 to determine actual costs and program needs and shall submit
fiscal year 2001-2002 funding recommendations based on the survey data.
