to allocate funds from Challenge Grant Matching

to implement the Workforce and Economic Development
provisions of CS/SB 2050 or similar legislation.

In Section 02 On Page 041
On page 41, after Universities, Division of, the
sixth full paragraph, INSERT new proviso as follows:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 161 for Enhancing Undergraduate
and Graduate Education each university shall, as a first priority,
allocate funds to programs as required to implement the Workforce and
Economic development provisions in CS/SB 2050 or similar
legislation.
On page 46, the first paragraph following line item
167, INSERT a new sentence after the first sentence
that ends with : "current Strategic Plan"
Each university shall, as a first priority, provide matching funds for
Challenge Grants that support programs required to implement the
Workforce and Economic development provisions in CS/SB 2050 or
similar legislation.
On page 37, following the existing proviso for

Specific Appropriation 141 INSERT:
Each Community College shall, as a first priority, provide matching
funds for Challenge Grants that Support programs required to implement
the Workforce and Economic Development provisions in CS/SB 2050 or
