Section: 04 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 110 This amendment provides the Department of Corrections
with $1.4 million in additional trust fund authority to
Spec App: 616 implement a statewide automated victim information and
notification system -- this additional trust authority
is contingent upon the department receiving sufficient
grant funding from an appropriate source.

At the end of existing proviso language, following
Specific Appropriation 616, INSERT:
From the funds provided in the Grants and Donations Trust Fund and
contingent upon the Department of Corrections receiving sufficient trust
fund receipts from an appropriate source, $1,400,000 is provided to
implement a statewide automated victim information and notification
system.
