Section: EXPLANATION:
On Page: 356 Reappropriates to the Department of Revenue, the
unexpended balance of funds from 2000-2001 to reimburse
Spec App: eligible companies for sales tax payments made on
equipment specifically associated with a network access
point.

In Section On Page 356
INSERT new section after Section 24, and renumber subsequent sections:
The unexpended balance of funds from section 38 of chapter 2000-164,
Laws of Florida, authorized to reimburse eligible companies for sales
tax payments made on equipment specifically associated with the creation
of a network access point, is hereby reappropriated for Fiscal Year
2001-2002 to the Department of Revenue for reimbursement of such sales
tax payments as provided in section 212.08(5), Florida Statutes.
