Section: EXPLANATION:
On Page: 357 In the FY 99-00 GAA, $973,850 from General Revenue was
provided for the construction of a regional service
Spec App: center in West Palm Beach. This amendment reverts the
unencumbered General Revenue balance from that specific
appropriation and re-appropriates the funds to continue
the construction of the 2nd DCA branch courthouse in
Tampa.
NET IMPACT ON: Total Funds General Revenue Trust Funds

In Section On Page 357
Immediately following the last paragraph of Section 25, insert the
following new section language and renumber subsequent sections:
Section 26. The unencumbered General Revenue balance of funds provided
in Specific Appropriation 1925, Chapter 99-226, Laws of Florida, for the
West Palm Beach Regional Service Center shall revert on June 30, 2001,
and is hereby re-appropriated and authorized to cover expenses
associated with final architectural work and permitting costs for the
Second District Court of Appeal branch courthouse located in
Hillsborough County.
