Insert the following new paragraph of proviso as the first paragraph of
proviso following Specific Appropriation 122 on page 24:
From the funds appropriated in Specific Appropriation 122, $400,000 is
provided to Florida Atlantic University for a teaching and learning
program that includes Broward Community College and the Broward County
School Board.
