moved the following amendment to the amendment to HB1943:

Section: 02              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 021             Reduces the FEFP General Revenue appropriation $16
                         million. This amount is offset by a $16 million
Spec App:  105           increase in required local effort which is generated by
                         the most recent ad valorem estimate from the March 1
                         estimating conference. Increases funding for services
                         to individuals with developmental disabilities by $24.2
                         million and increases funding for Alzheimers disease
                         respite services by $6 million.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 349, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 349, the Department may use up
to $5 million in state funds to provide respite services for
non-Medicaid eligible individuals.
