Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1598, INSERT:

Funds in Specific Appropriation 1598A authorize a pilot program to
provide civil legal assistance in the following judicial circuits:  4th,
12th, and 17th.  Such funds are contingent upon Senate Bill 512 or
similar legislation becoming law.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
