Section: 05 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 238 Provides an additional $1,263,905 in trust funds to the
Department of Transportation for High Speed Rail
Spec App: 2102A Development. These are funds that were appropriated
during the 2001 Session for High Speed Rail but were
unobligated as of February 1, 2002 and thus reverted to
the trust fund unused. This results in total funding
for High Speed Rail at $5.8 million for FY 2002-03.
NET IMPACT ON: Total Funds General Revenue Trust Funds
