                         at the University of South Florida.

Immediately following Specific Appropriation 2184, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2184, from the Welfare
Transition Trust Fund $750,000 shall be used to support the Home
Instructional Program for Pre-School Youngsters (HIPPY) at the
University of South Florida.  

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
