practice of architecture and interior design pursuant
to Senate Bill 2042 or similar legislation.

Following Specific Appropriation 2338, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2338, $375,239 from the
Professional Regulation Trust Fund shall be allocated to the state Board
of Architecture and Interior Design to provide legal, investigative and
prosecutorial functions associated with the practice of architecture and
interior design contingent upon passage of Senate Bill 2042 or similar
legislation. In the event such substantive legislation does not become
law, the Executive Office of the Governor is authorized to restore the
budget, pursuant to s. 216.177, F.S., to the Professional Regulation
Program.
