Section: 06              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 246             This amendment prohibits agency from paying for
                         unoccupied lease space if it has been determined that

        In Section 06  On Page 246

On page 246, after department title "Agency for Workforce Innovation", 
INSERT the following new paragraph:

From the funds in Specific Appropriations 2176 through 2236J, on or
after July 1, 2002, no funds shall be used to pay for unoccupied lease
space currently being leased by the Agency for Workforce Innovation or a
Regional Workforce Board if it has been determined that there is no
longer a need for the leased space.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
