Add the following new paragraph after the dollars for Valencia:
$30,000,000 of the funds in Specific Appropriation 161 are contingent
upon the repeal of the Sales Tax Exemption for the following becoming
law:
A. Feed for racehorses and ostriches
B. Alcoholic beverages used by businesses for tasting
C. Cooperative Marketing and Promotional Services
D. Dance Studios, Schools and Halls
E. Professional Sports Club Operators and Promoters
